Diploma in Teacher Training (specialty special education teacher) by the University of Extremadura and a degree in Psychopedagogy from the University of Salamanca, is currently Educational Counselor of Secondary Education, and since 2013, Teaching Technical Advisor of the General Secretariat of Education (SGE) ) of the Ministry of Education and Employment of the Junta de Extremadura.
He has previously developed his professional work as a teacher of students with specific need for educational support and educational compensation, participating as a center coordinator of Programs such as Support and reinforcement of secondary schools (Plan PROA-MEC) and “JUVIREX TIC in PCPI” (ARCE , of the MEC). He has also collaborated with the writing team of the CA / AC Program of the University of Vic, and taught courses on Cooperative Learning in Secondary in CPRs of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. He is also co-author of the on-line publication Materials for attention to diversity of CEDEC (INTEF, MEC).
He is convinced of the collaborative and associative work of educational counselors (member of APOEX-COPOE) and of the central importance of socio-emotional management in educational centers.
